I have been using the Flip for a couple months and it has worked great.
It is easy to use, had great quality video and for under $200 it was a good deal too.
Yesterday I filmed the Olympic torch relay as it passed infront of my house in British Columbia, i watched the video on my tv afterwards and it was like I was there again.
I plan on using the flip UltraHD this summer alot for my outdoor recreation, fishing, and hunting. It fits in a small front pocket and can start filming from being off in less than 3 seconds.

I've been wanting a Flip Camera for over a year but they weren't available in Canada. Then, one night the commercial came on and I bought it there and then. Now for the accessories... mwahahaha!

I have only had the video camera for 1 month but I am extremely pleased with this product.
The video quality is remarkable and it is dead simple to use. You need to be relatively close to people who are speaking for good audio quality.
Best quality is embedded software for sharing and editing.

I'm really liking my new Flip, because it has a very handy design where I easily can store it in my pocket and grab it whenever I want it. And the buttons are so responsive and easy to push so I can operate while I'm on my snowboard wearing my mittens. And I get some good pictures, when we are standing still and everybody is close, but when filming people coming down the hill the pictures get blurred even with clear skies.
So I would only recommend this camera to people who is going to use it at small events, like garden parties and alike.

Un appareil facile d'utilisation mais comportant un champ focal un peu restreint. L'indicateur de charge de la pile devrait être toujours présent à l'écran.
